The group of I3M at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia is collaborating with the “Principe Felipe” Research Center (CIPF) to deploy the Banco de Imágenes Médicas de la Comunidad Valenciana, to support the EUROBIOIMAGING node in the region.
Depending on the profile of the study and the skills of the applicant, different possibilities arise. If the expected consumption of resources is moderate (in the order of few CPU*months) the computing resources of CEIB-CIPF will be offered. In the case of computational requirements exceeding the resources of CEIB-CIPF, the node has reached an agreement with the Spanish Grid infrastructure (IBERGRID) for the provisioning of resources on the order of CPU*years. The I3M-UPV is an active partner of the Spanish Grid Infrastructure.
I3M collaborates in the framework of IBERGRID with the team at INESC-TEC in Porto involved in the Portuguese Brain Imaging Network (BIN)
