The INCD association, henceforth referred to as the CNCA Association, is in the process of expanding its scope to take on the mission of the National Advanced Computing Centre. The change of INCD’s identity and statutes to assume the mission of CNCA – National Center for Advanced Computing is underway.
With the change of its statutes, the INCD Association, henceforth referred to as the CNCA Association – National Advanced Computing Centre, has now the mission of managing and operationalizing advanced computing infrastructures, supporting scientific research activities, technological development, transfer and valorization of knowledge, qualification of human resources and provision of services, including specialized consultancy, in the scientific-technological areas recognized as constituents of advanced computing, as well as research data.
CNCA incorporates all resources previously operated by INCD and integrated in IBERGRID, including distributed computing, cloud computing and data services.
